Taxes, again

This was in an article by the Columbus Dispatch; "The agency also announced yesterday that it is launching a campaign to inform all taxpayers who might face a higher tax bill in 2010 as a consequence of an income-tax cut that was part of the federal stimulus package passed in February." Yes, some "income-tax cuts" do not mean the same thing for everyone.
