Last week I received a box in the mail, courtesy of MyBlogSpark and Yoplait, that had in it a coupon for a free pack of Yoplait Kids yogurt, an insulated bag, a vinyl placemat, two color-changing spoons and a fuzzy tangle toy. I picked up the yogurt at the store on Saturday, and Jacob has enjoyed it thus far. Yoplait Kids yogurt has a little thicker and less runny texture than what we usually eat, so I've been impressed with how much less of a mess Jacob's been making. And with 25% less sugar than other yogurts, he's still getting the goodness of yogurt without unnecessary extras.
Two lucky readers can have the chance to win this same bag of goodies. Just leave a comment here before midnight on the night of October 19 and tell me a healthy snack you like to give your kids or yourself! Winners will be chosen a week from today on October 20th.
*This coupon offer for a free six pack of Yoplait Kids yogurt is not valid in some states, including Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota and Tennessee.

we love yogurt and string cheese
Kimball devours yogurt so this would be great but his other snack that he's into right now is oatmeal. He asks for it everyday for his snack and I'm not complaining!
We love this yogurt, and lately my girls have been wanting it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Another snack we like is popcorn.
My kids love yogurt. Amazingly enough, it is one of the things that Micah *will* eat. Some of our other favorites include string cheese (or "cheese sticks"), apples cut with the apple slicer/peeler (although we leave the peels on), and popcorn!
My kid likes yogurt and also basalmic vinigar and also the smelly fancy cheese.
sweet! Cora loves yogurt but I don't like giving her too much sugar. She also loves cheese.
My kids also love yogurt and string cheese. The other day, my husband went to Costco and brought home a huge box of mini-rice cakes. I thought, "my kids will NEVER eat those." I was SOOO wrong. My oldest is very picky and he was the first to try them and reported that they tasted like popcorn. Another favorite in our house are the individual packs of sliced apples. They love them and we can take them anywhere!
Talita and Dan are both into yogurt, so they always have to share what I buy and sometimes I even have to count out how many each person gets. Talita also loves raisins and grapes. She tries to make me buy the green, sour kind, but I always sneak in a bag of purple grapes, since I like those better. :)
We love yogurt! We use it in our fruit smoothies all the time.
Other favorite healthy snacks at our house are freah fruits and veggies, and chips and salsa.
We love yogurt at our house. Especially my 3 year old who will finish off a 16 oz by himself in one sitting! What's going to happen when he's a teenager?!! :) We love apple slices (sometimes dipped in peanut butter.) And another favorite is ants on a log (peanut butter on a piece of celery with raisins on top.)
